Pot Holes

The Street Crew is responsible for pothole repairs on City-owned streets. To report a pot hole or a street issue, please call (573) 835-2106

Small Limb Pick Up

If you are a resident and have small sticks & limbs, the City will pick them up free of charge. To have them picked up, set them at the edge of the street, and call (573) 835-2106 to have a work order assigned. 

Snow Removal 

Priority 1 – Arterials – High-volume streets or thoroughfares that connect major sections of the City and provide access for emergency fire, police, and medical services.

Priority 2 – Collectors – Major collector thoroughfares or main subdivision collector streets that provide access to arterial routes.

Priority 3 – Residential Streets – Low-volume residential streets.

New Florence Wastewater Department

DNR Awards $1.3M to New Florence

The Missouri Department of Natural Resources awarded $1.3 million to the city of New Florence for upgrades to its wastewater collection system. The city will use the funding to rehab the aging wastewater collection system in an effort to reduce water infiltration into the system. This project is expected to reduce sanitary sewer overflows and will extend the system's life and efficiency so that it can continue serving the city well into the future. The funding will cover the entire cost of the project, which the city estimates to be completed by September 2028.
