NOTICE OF BOARD OF ALDERMEN MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Aldermen of the City of New Florence, Missouri, will meet on Monday, January 12 th , 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Aldermanic Chambers, New Florence City Hall in New Florence,
Missouri.
The tentative agenda for this meeting will include:
Update to I-70 project, Update on sewer project, banking update, Repealing of Rule 3.8 Compensatory Time, Montgomery County P & Z Public Hearing
Notice, End of Year Reports, 2 nd Quarter Financial Report, Set Date for
Budget committee, Resolution Repealing of Rule 3.8, Department Reports.

NOTICE OF HEARING
The New Florence Board of Aldermen will meet on January 21st, 2026, at 6 PM at City Hall for Discussion of increasing the sewer rates as outlined in Resolution L1-2024, including all Residential and Commercial, “in City Limits” as well as “out of City limits” Properties to include:
1. R-1 Districts- Residential
2. R-2 Districts- Multiple-family residential
3. R-3 Districts- Residential
4. C Districts- Commercial (business)
5. M Districts- Industrial (manufacturing)
6. A Districts- Agricultural
7. P Districts- Public, Semi Public
8. LM Districts- Light Industrial (light manufacturing)
9. MH-O Districts- Manufactured housing overlay.
