NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Aldermen of the City of
New Florence, Missouri, will meet on Monday, April 13th , 2026, at 6:00
p.m. at the Aldermanic Chambers, New Florence City Hall in New Florence,
Missouri.
The tentative agenda for this meeting will include:
Update to I-70 Project, Update on Sewer Project, Bill D1-2026 2026-2027
Budget, Bill D2-2026 2026-2027 Employee Compensation, Resolution
D1-2026 Accepting Certified Election Results, Department Reports,
Swearing in New Aldermen, Appointment of City Officers, Set Date for
Fireworks, Review City Attorney Agreement, List 2 Autos for auction, Set
Yard Sale Date, Maguire Iron Water Maintenance Program, Approval of
Pro-1 Design to go out for bids for project, Mayor to address board
concerning AWS.

Notice is hereby given that, subject to a motion duly made and adopted, the Board of Aldermen will
hold a closed meeting under R.S.M.O. Section 610.021(3) to discuss matters relating to hiring, firing,
disciplining, or promoting employees and Section 610.021 (13) to discuss issues relating to
individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings, or records pertaining to employees
or applications for employment.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Zoning Committee of the City of New
Florence, Missouri, will meet, holding a public hearing on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at
6:00 p.m. inside City Hall.
The topic for this hearing will be to discuss the matter of the proposed rezoning from “A”
District - Agricultural to “M” District - Manufacturing of the following described real estate
in New Florence, Missouri, to wit:
