Notice of Outside Meeting Regarding Proposed Building Code Changes and Fee Schedule.
Notice is hereby given that one or more members of the City of New Florence City Council may attend an upcoming external meeting regarding proposed updates to the building codes and permit fee structure by the New Florence Fire District Board.
Meeting Details:
● Topic: Review of Proposed 2021 Building Codes & Fee Schedule Adjustments
● Date: Thursday, February 26th, 2026
● Time: 7 P.M.
● Location: New Florence Fire District, 201 E. Mortimer Street,
New Florence, MO 63363
● Purpose: To discuss the proposed adoption of updated building codes and the rationale for changing related building permit fees.
While this is an external meeting, a quorum of the City Council may be present.
Therefore, this notice is provided to comply with open meeting laws. No official votes or final actions binding the City Council will be taken at this meeting.
