New Florence is a small town conveniently located at the intersection of Interstate 70 and Highway 19. Only one hour west of St. Louis, one hour east of Columbia, and twenty minutes north of historic Hermann, New Florence is a great community with much to offer. With plenty of land ready for expansion both north and south of I-70 and frontage east and west of Highway 19, we welcome you, your family, and your business to our community!

NOTICE OF BOARD OF ALDERMEN MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Aldermen of the
City of New Florence, Missouri, will meet on Monday, June 9,
2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Aldermanic Chambers, New Florence
City Hall in New Florence, Missouri.
The tentative agenda for this meeting will include:
Sewer Project, I-70 project, Renewal for Drug Task Force, Renewal for Software, Renewal for GMCEDC, Approval of Welcome Brochure, Banking Services, AI
Policy, Flood Insurance Program, Right to Redeem Real Property. Resolution F1-2025, Bill F1-2025: Keeping of Chickens, Department Reports. Notice is hereby given that, subject to a motion duly made and adopted, the Board of Aldermen will hold a closed meeting under R.S.MO Section 610.021(3) to discuss matters relating to hiring, firing, disciplining, or promoting employees and Section 610.021(13) to discuss issues relating to individually identifiable personnel records, performance ratings, or records pertaining to employees or
